About This Recipe

Sometimes, the simplest ingredients make the most comforting meals. With just a few eggs, fresh green peppers, and sweet onions, you can make a golden, fragrant omelet that's crispy on the outside and tender inside. If I have a little extra time, I love adding some chopped shrimp for extra flavor and protein. It's a simple, budget-friendly dish that's perfect with a bowl of warm rice. A delicious, homemade dinner for the whole family after a busy day!
